Hit record, get a take you can actually use. Layered tracks, a metronome that stays out of the way, real WAV export — none of the airplane cockpit.

What's inside
Multi-track sketchpad
Layer takes on separate tracks — rhythm, lead, a third idea — each with its own effects chain.
Metronome & count-in
A 4-beat count at your BPM before the take rolls. Set it once, it stays out of your way.
WAV export
Bounce any track — or the full mixdown — to a real .wav file you can drop into anything.
Loops & trims
Loop a section to woodshed it, trim the take from the right edge. Simple on purpose.
Per-track presets
Every track carries its own tone — change the preset on the rhythm without touching the lead.
Noise reduction
One-click denoise on the input — the single-coil hum stays out of the recording.
Import audio
Drop a backing track in and record over it — your own rehearsal room.
Zero install
Records straight through the browser engine. No DAW, no drivers, no 3-hour setup.
Who it's for
By the time a DAW is open, the riff is gone. Record lives one click away in the same tab as your amp — capture the idea while it's hot, export the WAV, polish it later if it's worth polishing.
Questions
What is the Record module?
Record is SOWND’s built-in multi-track studio. It captures your guitar through the same browser DSP engine, lets you layer takes on separate tracks with per-track tones, and exports real WAV files — without installing a DAW.
Can it replace my DAW?
For guitar ideas and sketches, yes — that’s exactly what it’s for. Record keeps the essentials (tracks, metronome, trim, loop, WAV export) and drops the airplane cockpit. For full mixing and mastering you’d still export the WAVs into a DAW.
Is Record a one-time purchase?
Yes — €24.99 once, yours forever on your account. It is also included free with every All Access plan, which additionally unlocks all tone packs and the Dial In editor.
What format does it export?
Standard .wav — every track as its own file, or the whole mixdown in one. They open in any DAW, editor or sharing app.
Does it work on a laptop mic?
It works on any input your browser can hear — a guitar interface, a USB mic, even the built-in mic for a quick acoustic idea. An interface gives the best latency and fidelity.
