Subscriptions

Week and Year subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase (or renewal) if the product did not perform as described — no usage quiz, no friction. Email support@sownd.tech from the account address.

After 14 days, cancel instead of refunding: you keep access until the end of the paid period.

À la carte packs and modules

Pack and module purchases are refundable within 14 days if they failed technically on your setup. Because tones are auditionable for 30 seconds before purchase, we do not refund for taste.

How fast

Refunds go through the same payment method, usually within 5 business days.
