Terms of sale

The rules for buying SOWND — subscriptions, digital content and what you can expect from us.

What you are buying

SOWND sells access to a browser-based audio product: amp simulation, tone packs, the Dial In editor and the Record multi-track studio. Purchases are digital content and services, not physical goods.

Subscriptions (Week, Year) renew automatically until cancelled. All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes.

Your right of withdrawal

Under Art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content once supply has begun with your express consent. By starting to use SOWND, you acknowledge this waiver.

If the product has not been made available to you, your statutory withdrawal right remains intact.

Cancellation

Per Art. L215-1-1, you can cancel any subscription online in no more than three clicks, from your rig page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no fees, no retention flows.

If the cancellation path ever breaks, email support@sownd.tech and we will cancel it for you the same day.

Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, you may refer the dispute to a consumer mediator — contact support for the current mediator details.

European consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
